It is a simple idea and picks up on the uniformity of the current facebook screen and the desire by many (particularly teenagers) to stand out from the crowd. A good, original idea.

I guess many will enjoy personalizing their page and take time and effort to capture their personality using the graphics, avatars and other customizations available. However, once it’s done, it’s done.. all a bit short lived really.

I think PageRage is a very good tool for Facebook. Facebook, unlike Myspace, has a greater degree of privacy. By adding a tool like PageRage, it gives pre-teens and teens the ability to customize their page in an online community with a greater degree of privacy. It serves as a pretty good compromise for parents and their kids.
