Bizarrely we were unable to find any contact information on the home page whatsoever. Support is available to registered users but we still felt that those not registered who had queries would value at least some level of support!

Why is this site different to other kids social networks or club sites? This grades the originality of the site..
The originality here is linking a very current and important theme within a fun, game setting. It demonstrates how educational awareness raising can be undertaken in an engaging way. The one unoriginal thing about this site is the name – it doesn’t in anyway reflect the contents of the site and is far too generic and boring.

How good are the site graphics? This grades the quality of the CGI graphics and animation featured on the site..
Colorful graphics with cartoon-appeal.  Whilst not 3D they are appealing and have a more ‘grown up’ feel to them than on sites such as www.neopets.com.
