The categories on this site include ‘Math and Money’, ‘Science’, ‘People’, ‘World’, ‘Sports’ and ‘Word Wise’. Beneath each heading is a list of sub headings, each with a wealth of material.

The material itself is simple to follow and could be used by kids as a homework support, without the need for supervision.

The educational value of the site is top class. Not only does it offer a breadth of subjects but it manages to convey sometimes complex information in a simplistic manner. They keep explanations concise and focused whilst at the same time maintaining interest.

Why is this site different to other E-learning sites? This grades the originality of the site and how it encourages children's creativity..

The site is creative in the methods it uses to engage kids and to communicate material of high educational value. There are some nice features like the ‘Fact Monster Almanac’ and the online dictionary, thesaurus and atlas. We also really liked the Homework Helper which had clear categories and sub categories of help.

Whilst some sites will use video, audio and other media, this site is quite text based and it could enhance its E-learning content and originality with more graphical and multimedia content.

How good are the site graphics? This grades the quality of the CGI graphics and animation of the games feature on the site..
The site is pleasant enough but does not match the wonderful photographs of National Geographic or the colorful graphics of Sesame Street.
