Hit Entertainment produces children’s programs and has developed a product base for many of its characters. The Brand is therefore not ‘Hit’ but the individual characters themselves; Barney, Sam the Fireman, Angelina Ballerina etc. These brands hold great value with parents and kids alike. The site purely offers its own branded goods.

There is only an email contact for customer support. Although a ‘prompt response’ is promised, we would have preferred a stipulated timescale and further contact routes, such as a phone line.

How detailed is the product description info? Quality, detail and scope of text..

The range of products in this kids shopping store are the well-loved characters are numerous, imaginative and high quality. The problem with the site is that it is slow.

Once you have clicked on your preferred character, you are shunted on to a slow loading website. If you wish to buy a few items from different characters then it would be frustrating to travel between each site.

One nice feature is that the items you have in your shopping cart are displayed in a box to the right of your screen, reminding you exactly what you have in your online basket.

Are there deals here? We graded the extra value you can get for your buck..

There are numerous reduced products on the standard shop pages but a special clearance page has also been created. Annoyingly there are only a few items under each heading of the clearance section and these are always from the same TV character. There are no mixed character pages at all and this really bugged us.

The USP are the character’s themselves. Young kids in particular love having items based around their favorite characters on and being able to shop for and purchase these over the net is of great benefit to busy parents.
